Deliveries

Due to limited postal services we are currently only able to deliver to Queensland residents only. We apologise for any inconvenience.

​

We use a third party delivery service and the number of delivery days may take longer depending on frequency to the post code.  

​

Orders will be dispatched each Monday and Tuesday so any orders placed between Tuesday and Sunday will be dispatched the following week to ensure same week delivery.  Please ensure that there is a location where the driver can leave the order if no one is available to sign for the products.  PO BOXES will not be accepted.

 

If the driver has been unsuccessful to deliver the order as per the instructions there may be additional fees.

 

Freight Rates

• There is a flat rate of $15 for all orders under $50

• Free freight for all orders over $50

 

Availability

While we carry a large range of bakery products, from time to time we may be out of stock.  We will contact you if your selection is not available.  If we do not have your item in stock you can choose to refund the order, change your selection or wait until we are back in stock.

 

Products

Our bread products have been previously frozen, in some instances the outside of the packet could appear wet, this is perfectly normal.  Our bread products can be put back in the freezer for your convenience but should be sealed in an airtight container. A best before sticker will also appear on the packaging which is only a guide based on the products being sealed.  Once opened store in an airtight container the best before will only be a guide once the packaging has been opened.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of the goods we do not offer refunds of the products.  If there has been an error in your order please call us on 07 5442 3884 for a refund of the incorrect product. 

 

If you decide to cancel or change your order please ensure you contact 07 5442 3884 as soon as possible to change your order.  Due to your order being sent to dispatch we may not be able to process changes, this will depend if the order has been fulfilled and sent to the 3rd party delivery company.

  Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

• All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
