Gluten Free Expo Sydney 16

Since that first show and speaking with our gluten free customers throughout the year we have developed a brand new range of products due to their demands.

We launched these products to the public for the first time at the Sydney Expo and we SOLD OUT in the first day!!!

Our new range included Hamburger Buns, English Muffins, Long Rolls, Turkish Bread and the first in market Heat ’n’ Serve dinner rolls.

We brought 2.5 times the quantity not realising that through sampling the products and customers tasting our new range it FLEW out the door.

Most surprising winner of the show was our Red Quinoa loaf, this loaf has red quinoa, white quinoa, flax seed and linseed and it was the biggest hit with the kids. Mum’s at the show were shocked that their children were loving something with so much goodness!!!

This year we will continue our journey bringing you the best in market gluten free bakery goodies with a new range of cakes just around the corner. Banana Bread with 20% banana, Orange and Poppyseed and a Chocolate Mudcake. Stayed tuned!!!!
